Pick My Skills allows users to request information, design a personalized course proposal and receive guidance on training paths delivered by real teachers.
Actual contracting, where applicable, may be subject to a commercial proposal, quote, schedule, specific terms and express user acceptance.
Submitting a contact form does not automátically imply service contracting or reservation of places, teachers, schedules or prices.
Pick My Skills may contact the user to clarify goals, level, availability, language, session format and specific needs before issuing a proposal.
Prices, where displayed or communicated, will be stated in euros and indicate applicable taxes where relevant. Estimated prices are indicative until a final proposal is accepted.
Payment methods, payment schedule, invoicing and specific economic terms will be communicated in the relevant proposal or contract.
Services may include live sessions, tutoring, material preparation, progress tracking, practical projects or other training activities agreed with the user.
The user must have the necessary technical means to attend online sessions, including Internet connection, compatible device and required tools.
Schedule changes, cancellations, make-up sessions or withdrawal conditions will be defined in the specific proposal or service terms.
Where consumer law applies, users will have legally recognized rights, including any exceptions applicable to services already performed or personalized with prior consent.
Pick My Skills does not guarantee specific professional, academic or employment results, as these also depend on user dedication, prior level and circumstances.
