How does the tool work?

Our platform allows you to design a fully customized course in just a few minutes. First, you select the topics you want to learn, each with its level of difficulty and estimated hours. If a topic requires prior knowledge, the tool will notify you so you can include it in your plan or adjust it according to your needs. Additionally, if there is a topic not listed, you can add it manually, and one of our advisors will contact you to define the details.

Is it free?

Designing your course and exploring all customization options is completely free. You can try different topic combinations, adjust the number of hours, and explore the costs without any commitment.

However, access to teachers and starting the course require payment. The final price will depend on the selected topics, the number of hours, difficulty, and other factors such as the teacher’s language or region. Still, we offer full cost transparency before you make a decision and allow you to modify your course whenever you need.

Do I need to register?

Registration is not required. While designing your course, you will receive a unique code that identifies your profile. If you forget it, we save it in your cookies so you don’t have to remember it. Additionally, you can use your email entered at the beginning to retrieve your course at any time.

Can I change my course after creating it?

Yes, you can modify it whenever you need. However, if you make a drastic change and the assigned teacher cannot adapt, your schedule may be affected while we find a new teacher.

How are the hours and course price calculated?

The calculation is based on several factors: the teacher’s language/region, the topic’s difficulty level, the total number of hours, the number of students, among others. The price you see at the end of the design process is usually final, although in some cases we may contact you for adjustments.

When and how should I pay for my course?

Once you submit your course, we will verify teacher availability and adjust the schedule. Within a week, we will contact you to formalize the contract and make the first payment of 20% of the course. Then, within a maximum of one month, the course will begin.

Can I choose my teachers?

You cannot choose the teachers, as we assign the best available one according to your plan. However, if you are not comfortable with a teacher, you can request a change. In that case, we will compensate you with two free hours to use with another teacher.
